That their home and/or property will not be a
site at which drugs (including alcohol) will be available or
served to visiting young people (those under the legal age of
21);
That a responsible adult will make an honest
effort to be home when underaged young people are visiting their
home or are on their property;
That a responsible adult will properly
supervise any and all gatherings of underaged young people in
their home and/or on their property;
That other parents/guardians are welcome to
call or drop-by to verify that their child is in attendance and
that the gathering is properly supervised by responsible
adults;
That parents/guardians of a child, visiting
their home or property, appearing to be under the influence of
drugs (including alcohol) will be contacted immediately by the
responsible adult and that child will not be allowed to leave
while under the influence;
That parents/guardians are willing to have
their name, actual home address and phone number appear in a SAFE
HOME DIRECTORY along with other Palma families for the purpose of
welcoming underaged young people into their home or property;
and
To make a difference by providing a safe and
legal environment for underaged young people.
